ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ
Το νευρειλήμωμα ή Σβάννωμα είναι ένας καλοήθης όγκος με εξωδερμική προέλευοη που αναπτύσσεται
από τα κύτταρα του Schwann. To νευρειλήμωμα εμφανίζεται στο περιφερικό νευρικό σύστημα δηλαδή
σε όλα τα σημεία όπου οι νευρώνες και οι άξονες τονς καλύπτονται από το έλυτρο τον Schwann.
Το νευρειλήμωμα είναι συνήθης όγκος των μαλακών ιστών της κεφαλής και του τραχήλου. Η στοματική
κοιλότητα προσβάλλεται συνήθως κατά τη 2η με 3η δεκαετία με συχνότερη εντόπιση τη γλώσσα. Ιστολογικά
διακρίνουμε δύο τύπους του Antoni Α και του Antoni Β.
Στην εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζουμε την ενδοστοματική αφαίρεση από το έδαφος του στόματος αριστερά
ενός 23 χρόνον άνδρα δυο καλά περιγεγραμμένων ογκιδίων μεγέθους 3,2x2x1.5cm και 1x1x0,7cm αντίστοιχα.
Κατά την επέμβαση τα ογκίδια παρασκευάστηκαν με ευκολία ήταν καλά αφορισμένα από τους
παρακείμενους ιστούς που παρεκτόπιζαν τον πόρο του νπογνάθιου σιελογόνου αδένα. Στα ογκίδια έγινε
ιστολογική εξέταση η οποία απέδειξε νευρειλήμωμα τύπου Antoni Β. Ο ασθενής τρεις ημέρες αργότερα
εγκατέλειψε το Νοσοκομείο και σήμερα 10 χρόνια μετά είναι ελεύθερος συμπτωμάτων
