ΠΕΡΙΛΗΨΗ
Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να συζητηθούν οι κακώσεις της αποχετευτικής μοίρας της δακρυϊκής
συσκευής. Παρατίθεται αναλυτικά η ανατομία και η φυσιολογία του ανατομικού αυτού συμπλέγματος και
συζητιόνται τα κλινικά σημεία και συμπτώματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη μετατραυματική δυσλειτουργία της
ρινοδακρυικής συσκευής.
Με αφορμή την παρουσίαση εννιά περιπτώσεων κάκωσης της ρινοδακρυικής συσκευής μελετώνται οι
πιθανοί μηχανισμοί που προκαλούν την ανεπάρκεια της, καθώς και ο χρόνος που μεσολαβεί για να
παρουσιαστούν τα πρώτα συμπτώματα. Τέλος, προτείνονται διάφορες θεραπευτικές μέθοδοι, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη
έμφαση στην αποτελεσματικότητα του καθετηριασμού του πόρου μέσω των δακρυϊκών σωληναρίων
και παρατίθεται περιγραφικά ο τρόπος εκτέλεσης της.

Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να συζητηθούν οι κακώσεις της αποχετευτικής μοίρας της δακρυϊκής
