SUMMARY: Supernumerary molars are a rare entity when they appear in non syndromic patients. Multiple supernumerary molars are an even rarer case in a per- manent dentition. Supernumerary teeth are of normal or atypical morphology, and may be impacted or not. Proper imaging and surgical intervention planning is important for the avoidance of complications that may submerge, if they remain in the dentition. In the current report, a case of multiple impacted supernumerary molars that was treated in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department, “G. Papanikolaou” General Hospital of Thessaloniki, is described.
KEY WORDS: supernumerary molars, multiple supernumerary teeth, surgical extraction
